weird thing is everywhere i go i see people saying 'it's amazing'... empire, who i at least 95% of the time agree with (when i rarely check xD) gave it 4 out of 5. loads of people on imdb who say it's amazing. but then there are a load also saying its utter shite. maybe its a marmite film.
It's only outstanding in it's level of gore, it has more holes than colander the movie.
SPOILER FAULTS
cliqued stolen ending from blade 2, and the other vampires, they just decided to just leave?

After the initial sneaking vampire stuff at the start, the it becomes a jump fest and is over-reliant on gore to scare. gore isn't scary.
After slaughtering the entire population on day 1, in their 'feeding time' they spend 29 days hunting the rest... like 8 survivors...include about a 10 day to 2 week void in there too.
'it's not safe here, we have to move'. person who said that dies. basically the last 2 hours of the movie are just that.
