Run Hijackthis and save a Logfile

http://www.hijackthis.de/enAnd it'll tell you if you have any dodgy shit in there.
Then you can go back to the main Hijackthis proggie and tick the corresponding boxes for removal (TIP: they don't always end up in the same place on the list and the start of the filename is sometimes a bit different but the end is usually the same)
