When ever I go to shut down my pc, I get Rundll 32.exe is not responding, and I have to click end now...

Run Hijackthis and save a Logfile
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/programs.php

Copy the Logfile and paste it here
http://www.hijackthis.de/en
And it'll tell you if you have any dodgy shit in there.

Then you can go back to the main Hijackthis proggie and tick the corresponding boxes for removal (TIP: they don't always end up in the same place on the list and the start of the filename is sometimes a bit different but the end is usually the same)
