i had my psu spit it im my puter not long ago (500w) so i went out and bought another one (825w) well i havnt given it a good run and i went to turn it on last night ......... nothing, fucking thing. i found that it was running slower than the ole 500w was pissed off with that but now im really pissed off cause it isnt even a month old, will be returning it today and wanting my money back or replacement. i tried it in another puter ...... nothing, i tried a 250w in mine (just to make sure it wasnt the puter) and it runs ....... FARK!!!!!!

went back in my lunch 1/2 hour to see what could be resolved.
i explained what happened to him and he checked it out. he plugged it in and noticed that there was power to the power supply ( duh! numbskull) he had made a bridge connection on two of the wires and it fired up "see its working" ...... "mate plug it into a pc and see what happens, i had it in two different ones and nothing"

he fiddles around with another pc removing wires and plugging it in. presses button ....................nothing. presses button two or three times ............... nothing "seems we have a faulty power supply" ....... "ya think?" ...... "im really sorry about this i will give you another one" "sweet"

so now i have another psu AND a refund on the difference "if you have any problems bring it back and we will go from there ...... im so sorry bout this" i explained that i understand that sometimes you get faulty stuff and he was more than happy to fix the problem, happy me and money in my pocket hope the little fucker works now!

Play the 'it's very important for my business' card sometimes has its advantages. Can't pull it too often though... i can't generally get away with it cos i look like a hobo though.
