Sorry for my lack of posts recently guys and gals!
Im just back from a week of sailing, 5 nations in 5 days
Start off in Scotland (Glasgow) then to Wicklow (Republic of Ireland) to Holyhead (Wales) to Peel (Isle of Man) then to Bangor (Northern Ireland) and back to Glasgow. 480 miles with gale force 8 most of the time
Even though I moaned a couple of times I did really enjoy it, might even do it again when its summer
The guys taking us were some of the soundest guys Ive met.
Got invited to go back to do some work with them during my holidays if I wanted to by the skipper (Dave the legend).
The entire crew got our competent crew certificates and I seem to have been put forward for some sort of other prize but not sure what thats about yet, if its a weeks free sailing trip voucher I will be given it away lol.
Don't really care about the certificates that much just loved getting to stear the ship in really rough
There was some kind of evalution thing with comments from the skipper thats being sent to my sponsor company he made me sound like the sun shines out my arse so hopefully my company will looking favourably on me
