This is a story of a project that went way wrong. In fact you could say it fell well short of the mark. I have a buddy that approached me a while back and asked if I would help him build a storage house for his boat at the lake house. Being the nice feller I am, I instantly thought "free fishing and beer". Ahh, but it didn't work that way. It appears there were more sinister plans afoot for me. I was forced(in a drunken stupor) over a weekend to work long and hard poring a slab, setting the metal frame, welding the frame supports for the siding and finally building the a-frame for the roof. All is well at this point. Every thing seems square. All measurements have been mathematically checked and rechecked. No problem. Lets throw the roof skin on and go fishing, the instigator of the situation says. With grins galore we wail away with abandon and finish. Time to park the boat and trailer to take pics of our exquisite attention to detail and fine handy work and then vroom!!! off to the lake to catch fish. So we back aforementioned boat and trailer into freshly built barn to asses our handy work. This folks is where you wonder in life why you failed to slap the wussy out of your friend in the past. It appears that someone never measured the feckin' trailer/boat and took a SWAG(silly wild ass guess) at how long it was and fell oh so miserably short. Only pics will tell.

Ummm.... it could just be the pic but is the door hung level? The left side seems lower than the right side.

Thats because men always know where they are going, or have a general idea and follow whats known as the "2 mile rule"... if you haven't found a sign pointing to the town you wanna get to, you turn around if you missed the last one.

Plus, we know you women can't read maps, your hubby might give you a map, but he's actually not listening to you he's using his peripheral vision to read it.

2 miles?

Surely you mean 200 yards? Wink

I can look at a map once and still be more accurate 500 miles later than an USAF pilot.. tongue2
