If you get any blue screens (BSOD) tryand get the number of the 0x000000##  that shows up.  This is the bug check error code http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms793521.aspx

The 18 one in the linky is what I was getting with Windows 7 32 bit.  It was blue screening every 10 minutes, very annoying.  That was a driver problem and not the OS fault but the fault of the hardware manufacturer who supplies the drivers (not surprising that nvidia don't have a driver yet for a beta OS).  I fixed this the same way as yours was fixed.  Installed a new OS.

Aye, you need to turn off Automatic Restart to get the STOP Code, But it can certainly pin the problem down.

I wasn't happy at first when they said they would reformat but like the girl said in store I have to give them a go at fixing the problem before they will refund.....
I'm now up & running with everything uploaded & no problems so far.... smile What takes the most time is deleting all the shite they put in the install.... wacko There should be an options screen were you can choose what you want installed at the start no dis-installing afterwards...

Actually you don't.

You are given the benefit of doubt BY LAW on any electronic product. They have t replace or refund within seven days, no questions, quibbles about it. The law assumes you are correct within that time frame, regardless of what they, the store think.
Try arguing it out with a shop floor drone though, it's a nightmare.
