My wife is a fan of JM, he is the only artist I have known of her to buy more than two albums worth of. 

Some one mentioned in 'the hotseat' I think it as, anyway, they mentioned do you have a shag song. Answer was no I think.
well, I'm opening up a little bit here, I posted Yes Close To The Edge as one of my 'shag songs' but this is a shag sojg that is not mines, it's 'ours' being both Smattie's and I's, it's beyond shag infact. Such is the brilliance of Mr Martyn's music, it's a whole piece of romantic wonderment.


I'm going to miss the fact both smattie and I never managed to catch him live, it would have been a proper couple experience.

He may have lived the ultimate rock and roll, musician lifestyle but his words and music became a part of our lives.
