Had a glance at the server.
The usual for DC these days modded maps with way to many choppers and planes...it wastes the game, why spoil the perfect balance ?
No timer either ...be there all night playing one game.

Tbh I hadnt been on the server to have a look what its like just it had a low ping. Also I just got the message wrong version and need to update but I think I have all the patches :S.

Did the same myself..there's a b version of the last patch or something I'd missed.  *edit* I think it was 1.6b I'd missed.. |

Yeah i downloaded the 1.6b with the help of keasy and had no problems though my ping was going up and down like a yo-yo

There's something seriously wrong with your connection, your ftp upload earlier on should have been going way faster than 2.2kb/s.
That's dial up material.
When was the last time you ran a virus scan?

I think its to do with 1 exchange for entire windermere and thats quite alot of people and everyone probably has max connection limit possible so just gets hammered between 4 - 12.
