Metropolitan Police Assistant Commissioner Bob Quick gets out of a car this morning carrying a document relating to terrorism, and marked Secret, for all the world to see.

As a result the cops have to bring forward the whole operation by who knows how long.

He's a clown. Bloody funny at times, but he shouldn't be within a million miles of a position of power. Unfortunately London didn't agree and they elected him as their mayor.
