Damn! For a minute there I thought we were seeing a remake of Godzilla (If you direct your attention to claw shaped marks on Statue of Liberty)

Shame, would really like to see a remake

Bad Robot is a production company.  They did Alias and Lost.  I don't remember what I heard about Cloverfield but it wasn't much.  They are keeping info close to the vest.
