Installed Max Payne again last night and gunned through it after I noticed it had been made available for download on the Xbox. Can't explain how good it felt to play it again.

Max Payne was fricking epic!
Truly dark in places as well... the nightmare sequence. That is freaky.

One of the few FPS games I have played. Very enjoyable.

Do you have to have played the game to have gotten it? Or do I need to put on my dunce cap?

Point remains for me still needing to be answered.........
How much to play it on Xbox ?
See, I could play it for free....I still own the original, even if I didn't I would have no qualms about downing it it for free.
But the idea of reliving the Woo inspired classic does appeal to me with it's living room, comfy sofa console'nish.
So how much ?

Costs 1200 (yes that's One Thousand Two Hundred... ) Microsoft points. A bit much for a game that's many years old considering 1200points equates to roughly £14. But it's entirely upto yourself if you want to pay that for it.

Another point, I don't know how it plays with a controller either. Shooters are far superior when played with keyboard/mouse and wether it would be as good with the controller remains to be seen.
