Saw poster in Glasgow today for american apparrel, it was just as bad as the photoshopped one earlier. The only thing looking out of place was the size of the models feet compared to her legs. Seemes to me like it's only a matter of time before we start to see foot binding as a fashion statement.  |

You know that got me thinking (again). Brittany Murphy died on Sunday from cardiac arrest she was only 32. A consequence of starving herself to stay so skinny? IDK but it makes you wonder what is wrong with our world. |

I hate skinny, it looks wrong and it looks unhealthy.
Unfortunately the fashion industry is wealthy and that wealth gives them power so they try and dictate their views of beauty on to us.

Rebecca bought a magazine a couple of weeks ago with Brittany Murphy in it. She looked absolutely ghastly, she was all bones and I said at the time that she looked totally anorexic and ill. Poor girl, she was so young.
Some people are naturally skinny and can't put on weight no matter how they try. It's the likes of my pet hate - Victoria Beckham who will stand there and say she is naturally skinny that bug me when we all remember the pics of her in the Spice Girls days. IMO she stays so thin as it gets her the column inches in the newspapers and magazines that she is so desperate for which if it is the case is really sad. As for Kate Moss and her recent comments she just bursts my ass!!
The fashion houses and magazines that bug the life out of me as young kids are looking up to that and thinking thats what real beauty is.
