Can anyone help ?
I can;t find a driver that works under W7.
It's for a Philips SNU 5600 USB wireless adapter.
The official Vista x86 drivers don't work.
I'm limited to running XP as I need to be wireless right now as the PC is in the hall. And Untill I get working W7 drivers for it I'm stuck on XP.

I thought you'd installed Win 7 x64.

So that's probably why the Vista 32 bit drivers didn't work.

It's worth a bash, W7 is good at running 32 bit apps so giving a driver a go is no daft thing

I'd have thought that if they had Vista support, then drivers would be available for X86 and X64. Apparently not. Had a good look around and it looks as if releasing a driver for Vista x84 was as far as support for this bit of hardware ever got.

That what my system uses...probably accounts for the lag I've been getting.

I think I've got a spare netgear wireless dongle if you want it. I'll have a look tonight.
