Tbh I watched wildlife programs this afternoon and Doctor Who is the only program I was really interested in today as its the last 2 of David Tennant's run as the Doc. I even had my brother text me just before it started so I didn't miss it. I'm now sitting in peace and quiet as Rebecca is off to her dads to spend some time with him.

I'm now home after the family festivities. I've just taken a Zantac but I also have a box of Green & Black's chocolate squares that are quite compelling.

Talking of which, I'm going to have to ask the doc to up my dose of Omeprazole.
I was on 20mg of Pantoprazole and was fine, for the most part, I agreed to switch to the Omeprazole 20mg as it cost almost 10 quid a script cheaper. Being both PPI's they work much the same way. But the Ome's are lately only seeing me through the day time and I wake up around 3 to 6 am with the most awful reflux. I never had that with the Pantoprazole.
I'll ask for an increase to 40mg and if not to be switched back to the Pants (LOL).

I'm on Gaviscon Active at night, 10ml at night and Lansoprazole tabs in the a.m. I have so many tablets I buy a prepaid certificate. It costs £100+ a year but it's well worth it.

Today everyone should spare a thought for the poor toilets around the world, it's their busiest day of the year and rarely get the thanks they deserve.
