Tempted by the lure of gaming with my pals once more in MW2 on PC I made the decission against my better judgement to purchase (or rather Smattie did for my birthday) MW2 on PC.


I can't believe the amount of cheating going on within it.
Seriously blatant.

I just got kicked from a game for slagging some ass wipe who instantly initiated tactnuke, auto aim and low grav mega jumps. Honestly he was jumping about 50 feet in the air and getting 10 kill streaks within 5 seconds 

He was boasting about how he coded it himself and I called him a big poof. I then called some other ass a tw*t for asking to get the script forwaded to him.


They didn't like me offending them by calling them scriptkids and they kicked me.

I knew IWNet was a bit crap, I threw caution to the wind so I could play with my pals but now I regret it. the game is ruined by shit loads of cheats.

Well like any other service it does have to pass by a server initially to pair folk up. I'm quite sure it will eventually catch up and filter out all known exploits and cheats just as any dedi server via PB does.

Doesn't excuse it for being shit though.
An active community via dedi servers would have picked up on it quicker and possibly even submitted rough code to software house for dev scrutiny and refinement to be correlated in to the next dedi patch.

You run indeed into the occasional cheater unfortunatly and yes dedi's and PB would've filtered them out more quickly
