Turning up to sack people accompanied by security?

It must have been a pretty heated argument that led to that situation. scratchhead

I'm intrigued, wonder what they've been up to.  Maybe they're the ones responisble for the terrible handling of IWNet  laugh

More news ....

http://kotaku.com/5484026/activisions-new-plans-for-call-of-duty-include-new-developer

and I say bye bye to the CoD franchise

Quote
In 2011, Activision will release another new game in the Call of Duty series from an unspecified developer. It also announced plans for another Call of Duty-based title from developer Sledgehammer Games, the recently formed studio lead by Dead Space creative leads Glen Schofield and Michael Condrey. The Sledgehammer-helmed title will "extend the franchise into the action-adventure genre."

the only positive note so far
Quote
As previously announced, Activision will release a new Call of Duty game from series co-developer Treyarch, responsible for Call of Duty 3 and Call of Duty: World At War, this fall. Developer Infinity Ward is still scheduled to release two downloadable map packs for Modern Warfare 2 this year.

Are there not rumors flying around of new DLC being released very soon??
If so I wonder if they will have the cheek of making the PC owner pay fro the privilege??
You can bet that if the PC DLC is chargeable there will be no way of staying in the same group of players with automatic map rotation  mad (ie force you to get the DLC).

That happened with WaW. Don't know how many times Keasy, Trickter and I were playing on XboxLive and they got kicked out of the game because they didn't have the DLC and I did.

They changed it though and made a Core game-mod wherein it was the maps on the disc that were in rotation and that was it. Was a good decision from Treyarch.
