Got it all fixed. You wouldn't know anything had actually happened to it, credit to the guys who did the job. Still haven't had any feedback from the fuzzies since they were at my house taking a statement so fingers crossed they actually have something solid to get me my money back through the insurance.

It's a Honda Accord 2.2i-CTDi Exec, all the bells and whistles, leather interior etc..

Called the seller earlier and he was off to his old mans funeral.. unsure  Sad
Problem is..I'm thinking it might need a good tear to clear the DPF in it if he used the cruise control regularly.
If he did, and it's clogged, then we're talking half the cost of the car to fix it. confused
