In Scotland they keep the blood in the frying pan - its called Black Pudding. A local delicacy - we get it here but I never really took a shine to it.

Naw - friend, blood on it - not in it.  If you came to breakfast here I'd make you biscuits and gravy, fried potatoes with onions garlic and peppers, fried eggs, bacon or chorizo (your choice), ketchup, can't forget the ketchup, and probably mango juice. yummy! |
