No, it doesn't come as a surprise. I always make fun of their "wannabe" gaming. In reality though, the article is right. PC games are being seriously dumbed down as ports.

BTW, I am no good @ any console, but it didn't take me long to become good enough to stay up with them.

I've tried unbiased to get good at 1stPS's on consoles and can't do it. I get humped. It's counter intutive after years of PC gaming.
And slow,m and inacurate and that daft cross over point is a nightmare. It's a thing consolers don't realise and aren't aware of, but I am. when I want to turn right quickly I want it instant, not with some slowed down analogue   cross over zone.
