If you were to follow the scientific rational that to believe that something exists, there must be proof and that proof must be crossed checked by peers and factual based to the most stringent standards, then god just doesn't make much sense. In saying that, science itself has always been a contradiction within itself as it's always been and always will be in a state of flux with the input of new knowledge. The proof that god exists has never been science based. It would never stand up to the scrutiny of science. There has never been any proof of god beyond the limited interpretation of god and the written books of his apostles. Those in themselves are open to severe criticism as there is documented proof of the repression or rewriting of the bible to better support the church structure. Besides, which god would a person believe in, the one in the old testament or the new? I myself find it hard to believe in anything interpreted through man when the man has something to gain in the writing as the major accepted versions of the bible have been written to. Have faith in someone elses interpretation of some other persons interpretations of events 2000+ years ago? I don't think so.

Yes, but I believe genuine interest in a subject with known strong opinions doesn't have to be a bad thing. It ain't like your trolling.

I have my own skew.

I believe in higher power. I do pray every now and then.

On a physical plane we can see how the brain works. Electrical pulses jump between synapses which are living cells making up our brain matter. The electricity in a person is the key. Im starting to think that when you die the electricity that once bounded around in your body, and is fed by the energy you consume in the form of food, is released into the cosmos.

In other words the "spark" of life leaves your physical being and becomes one with the rest of the universe or cosmos. I think that what we imagine a soul to be is actually the electrical charge that your organic body no loger requires. So that electrical you disipates and finds a place in the universe. Amoungst all the other amazing emergies scientists are discovering every day.

Always remember. Nobody can create energy. Only convert it from one state to another.
