I did. I think it's hilarious. You have to live in the south with the "bible hugging gun lovers" as they call them selves in reference to an Obama comment that I thought was apt description of some of the people down here.

Even more likely would be the vast distances and length of time traveled to just a neighboring town. I was watching a documentary the other day(unrelated) and they were talking how in the early days 10 miles would often be considered a 2 day trip with poor to nonexistent pathways. It was also dangerous to boot. So I could see some of of the colonists and later generations staying close to home.  Wink
