So spending cuts are big and we're being screwed but now we have to piss away £8bill to give to the Irish to bail them out. Yeah I know it's a loan but that money suddenly came out of nowhere when we're being told to cut.

Apparently it has to be passed through parliament and it;s not yet a done deal.
Allegedly Labour and libdem bb's will not block it.
Funny how all these cut backs are going on but we magic billions, yet again, from thin air. I wouldn't mind so much but yet again it's propping up failed banks and incapable politicians, except this time not even ours. I suppose though our publicly funded banks have investment in Ireland so we need to protect our own investments.
It's the Irish public I feel for right now.

It's the Irish public I feel for right now. True, and I suppose that, um... well... we'd accept them back into the United Kingdom - if they apologised nicely for 1921.

Didn't know they started it all with killings. Can't comment further as makes me sound heartless. And clearly some American's need to read this and learn their history regarding the terrorist, NOT freedom fighters.

See, getting annoyed now http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/programmes/newsnight/9181102.stmFk them then, let Ireland go independent and bail itself out. At 3:10, if he thinks it's justified then it's justified soldiers shooting them. But any time they do/did, they bitched and moaned that "we're allowed to shoot and blow you up, but you're not allowed to do it back".

We are bailing out our own banks again. They invested so much cash in Ireland that it'd cost the banks a fortune if the Gufferment didn't help them out. Next week it'll be £5 Billion for somewhere else that the banks can't afford not to bail out.
As someone said on the radio today "That's the price we pay for run away globalisation!"

Apparently Ireland spends the equivalent of £3k every year on UK products/services, ~£13billion.

The Royal Bank Of Scotland have invested heavily in Ireland, they will loose out if we don't bail them, also if we don't bail them someone else will, and they will charge them interest and make money. Either way the Irish are fooked.

Reeeeeeeeeeeeally? Yes I said SOME. As it's well known some American's fund the IRA mainly because they were stupid enough to think they were freedom fighters, not terrorists.
