Can anyone recommend a good cooling fan for my mobo?
The stock AMD is OK but really noisy under load.
Price range about USD50 +/-
Thanks

This looks cool, but a bit pricey

I am currently using this one on my Q6600 with a 800MHz OC. I hit 52C once under prime 95 over 4 hours @ 3.2GHz. The Q6600 is a 65nm cpu, so yours will probably run at comparable temps @ higher clocks. It's an awesome cooler for the price. If I remember right, Woosty has the same cooler on his I5. scratchhead Of course, this is assuming your pc isn't in a sweat shop. tongue2

I use Speedfan, so not that loud. I usually hear the case fans first when things go up a few degrees.. To tell you the truth, the room is a noisy as hell. Kids, dogs, kitchen....soooooooooooooo.... orly
I could use the Asus AI suite, but in my experience it's shit.
