For 400 bucks I just built an ' i5 2500 ' with 4 gig ddr3 and an Asus manufactured intel P67 chipset  motherboard AND a new monitor.

TBH bud buying a core 2 duo at the end of their life is not a great move, especially with integrated graphics.
