I told Loughor over at PC-Forums to try and get one before his upgrade by pre-emptively emailing the CEO's office.

It worked, he had a modem a few days beforehand and they still sent him the SuperHub anyway..so it's worth a bash at any stage.  smile

I just kept it honest and said that after going through every step possible to resolve the issue, I thought that a straight modem would do the job.

My brother in law/sister stay 50 yards away and have the same service with a modem and they had no issues at all.
I've been a long term customer on and off as well and was totally honest in saying that this is the worst service and customer support I've ever experienced.  confused
