My monitor via the hdmi cable input (PS3) has an audio output.

I need an audio switch which will allow me too switch from that audio out of my monitor and the audio out of my PC, so I don't have to keep guessing where the speaker jack keeps going back.

Does anyone know of such a thing?

What I mean is that I got two audio outs, wanting to connect both the audio coming from the pc and the audio coming out of the monitor, and connect it up to a switch which is connected to the speakers

Bung male end into monitor, connect PC and Speakers to female jacks.

Btw, if you have headphone/mic jacks on your speakers (usually the one with the volume control), then you can probably stick the monitor cable into the Mic end of that.

So it'll be PS3(HDMI)->Monitor->Speakers (mic)<-PC.

I lost my curly extension that I used to use.

I just taped it on to my dest.

That thing is the very solution I currently need  happy

At 80 pennies I figured I'd take a punt.
And as I suspected, it's so light it comes with zero shipping   happy

This will save some hassles.

Oh, just thought of something else too, the kids can both listen in on their headphones too instead of fighting over mines  Cool
