I'd look closely at the details on that one, it sounds like a good way to harvest active mobile numbers in order to pass on to 3rd parties. -edit- If you can find them. I can't.  |

They've been going for quite a while. I used them a while back after following a recommendation from the Money Saving Expert site. They make their money from a small fee for each call.
