
I was along those lines of thought's myself.
Until I realised it's not an actual centre run as a paid for centre. The only reason staff are there is becasue the council demed it
possibly to rough and tumble leading to possible injury. Hence they placed two members on site. That could be easly said for any play park and I reckon they are using it to their advantage in charging for use at wekends.
The article says nought, zero, nadda about the extra activities out-with simple day usage of the play park, suddenly they include a service that would be a paid for service within the normal use of the play park in order to justify paying for it in normal use.
It cuts no mustard with me. If anything the everyday users are now subsidising those that where probably paid for services. I doubt taking your kid to a play park would normally carry an expectation of being taught dance, art etc workshops.
