Okay, when I say good music, I really mean the Ramones... I'm a huge punk fan and there just isn't anything that even comes close to hearing that "Ramones style", I miss the days when music was simple. It wasn't over polished drivel, with over-complicated themes and instruments, and it didn't matter if you couldn't sing you just put your voice on a record and auto-tune could kiss your ass. Is it just me or is our music becoming disposable? Also, what's with this screaming crap the kids are listening to these days? I mean, I'm young, but even I don't get it?

P.S. Matt, ^^^ these two have a habit of hijacking damn near every thread to conduct their own wee arguments.

Who gives a shit which 2? Woos can go sniff some more lemon pledge, miserable git!! Oh yeah, 3 long days in London. Hey, don't bet on it if I put my mind to it Chris I have to admit to not liking much metal or screamo shit but I do have a liking for The Black Veil Brides, The Blackout, My Passion and Bullet For My Valentine who are heavier than my normal listening material. Bring Me The Horizon however do my bloody head in!! I've seen The Blackout twice and My Passion 5 times and they do cut it as live bands.

I don't want to start shit, and I firmly believe "to each their own", but personally I was bored out of my mind. It's like... "I get it, you're angry and angsty, now play something catchy!"

The world would be a bloody boring place if we all had the same likes and dislikes It was actually Bittersweet Memories which is one of their lighter tracks that drew me in at first and have to say I've listened to their cd a good few times. I need to be in that kind of mood though. When I've really got the hump which isn't very often, I revert back to Skid Row's Slave To The Grind or Piece Of Me. My Passion aren't a band I listen to a great deal on my Ipod but they definitely are shit hot live which is where it counts for me and of all BVB songs, it's The Mortician's Daughter which is also one of their tamer ones.

A famous jazzman (Duke Ellington IIRC) once said there are only two types of music good music & bad music (or something to that effect).
He was wrong there's music that you like & music that you don't like.
Sometimes you wake up & decide that a previous opinion was wrong, this is usually when you start dancing like your dad.

Sometimes it can be a long road to discovering something great to add to your collection these days. But it is out there. Besides even if there isn't anything decent for years I'm happy to live in the past. All is good for me musically at the mo
