Hope these CENSORED don't get re-elected and/or lose the case

What a waste of tax payers money.  They claim it's not a waste and they will give the money to the council when they win and recover damages.  Do they not think maybe, just maybe, the person posting is an every day joe with no FUCKING MONEY.  So will end up having to declare themselves bankrupt, so the council still won't get any damages.

This is yet another reason local councillors should all be fired and removed as a waste on money. Most of them seem to think, once they get elected, that they are God's, they are not.  They also have to remember most of them have day jobs and that how they act in their day job could be used against them.  I know a councillor where this is true and who could be screwed over if I was so inclined as the way they act in their day job is different to how they act as a councillor.

Media lawyer Mark Stephens has made a good point that the Councillors should of paid for this case out of their own pocket as a council can't sue for liable.  So again, why is tax payers money being used for this.  If it's already cost over £100k then unless the person turns out to be a millionaire, then again, they won't get their money back in damages as the person will go bankrupt.
