Anybody know of a way or an App available to do such a thing? i have some memos etc (not porn) ok furk it, and porn that i want to lock people out of.

No idea but I used to call my files mundane shit like ' Technical Schematics of Printed Circuit Board v1.5 '   or ' Age of Empires Battlefield Tactics and Strategy '

This is on the back of news last month that security and privacy settings didn't apply to dropbox admins, who could access anyone's files.

Maybe then someone will actually post in there also. After all, droid is taking over the world and has bitched slapped apple out of their silly fanboy number one seller slot. 
Tbh, there is so much you can do with an android, especially after you rom them(jail break). Liberty rom is so insanely fast. It gives you total control of the phone and strips out all the useless shit the phone companies put on your phones, not to mention it gives you full rooted rights. (run with that one KeasY, ye perv)
