Basically it's a tiny mainboard that you can attach a number of different modules to, such as cameras, LCD displays, SD cards.

Reminds me of the days back in the early 1980's when I bought a Sinclair ZX80 and put it together; along with whatever other electronic kit gizmos I could lay my hands on.
Obviously this is more advanced but it was 30 years ago.

As someone mentioned in another thread, this would be an excellent way to educate kids and nurture their inventive minds.
I could also see it getting a tad addictive, but why not?
