Anyone know how to calibrate the touch screens on Aficio MFDs and a Gestetner MPC3500/DSc535

Looking on Internet and can't find anything and manual doesn't seem to mention it.

I've run into this before with printers.

Generally I look for PDF dumps like this place..

-edit- ironic..lucky hit or what?
A link on that page asks how to calibrate the screen

Fanks

Seems it was this in the end

"config menu on the machine, by typing 1993 then hitting the red Cancel button 5 times quickly.

Then number 1 on the keypad (not touch screen) brings up calibration settings for the touch screen.
"

And to call their help line.  Thought it was a different model to the thread you found so didn't think that would work, appears not smile

 biggrin

It's sort of OK for you, you work in the same place.
I've had to cram up on that kind of thing before hitting some random site with some random printer.

Worst one ever was stripping down a Ricoh office printer in Perth with a raging hangover.
Stupidly I thought is was going to be an easy job since it was just a paper jam...it was a paper jam, but it was caused by something right in the heart of the thing, so I was there for four hours gutting it and putting it back together.
...Tbh I was totally surprised that I was only left with three extra screws when I put it back together (out of around 60).  happy

Lmao at the extra screws. Happens sometimes when I'm  sober. I usually tape them some where inside a panel for the next tech that might know where they go, or maybe for myself when I've done enough of them (any object applicable here) enough times to remember where they go. Wink
