Biggest let down and over-hyped bum cheeks for me was Deus Ex.  Maybe I missed something with all the issues it had at launch and maybe I'll see it differently when I go back to it all patched up.  But I was amazed at the blind love many gave it.  Maybe I'll try it after skyrim.

I really enjoyed the first Portal.  Haven't played the 2nd one yet.

Woosty - is Minecraft not a 2010 game or are you counting it from when it went live?  smile

I think it was 2011 when he eventually emerged from playing it.

I bought it on a Steam deal after looking into it and it is pretty good.  smile

Looking for the secrets on the levels is half the fun and sort of reminds me of Tomb Raider.  Cool

Gave Deus Ex another whirl yesterday after it being all patched up n' that.  Still a POS.  Uninstalled and vow to never return to it.  What an overrated crock of shit!!!

Well its time for me to return to Total War.  You might be thinking that means Shogun 2?  Well its technically great and the engine is running brilliantly in DX11 etc.  BUT, I don't give a monkeys about the Japs.  What a git of a title, great on many levels, but if the subject matter doesn't inspire, what can you do.  So I'm going back to Medieval 2, which will be a nice transition from Skyrim.  Rather excited which is saying something from a game, which is what, over 5 years old now!  I'll mix it with sprinklings of Serious Sam 3 and the Witcher too.

Great few days of gaming ahead. smile

DE is 100% console port.

I didn't even get out of the Lab before I ripped it out.
(Shitty control pad movement limitations pissed me right off)

Not played many games extensively this year apart from one.
Debate is already out on this but for me it is Minecraft.

Have logged hours on it this year. Some even under instruction from my daughters.  yay
