I'm sure you're all aware of the Diane Abbott 'race row' for the want of a better word. If you're one of our more foreign members, she is a Labour MP and tweeted 'White people love playing divide and rule. We should not play their game'. Oddly enough, people thought this was a bit off. She's been quite heavily reprimanded by her party leader Ed Miliband, though if he's truly capable of a bollocking is yet to be seen, he looks about as intimidating as a choir boy.

Anyway, sadly Bob Holness (Legend) died yesterday, and was the host of a quiz show called Blockbusters.

Ed Miliband tweeted earlier 'Sad to hear that Bob Holness has died. A generation will remember him fondly from Blackbusters'

So, a racist comment is a criminal offence in the UK?
And if you, Corroded were black and I sent you a tweet calling you 'a lazy blind, black bastard', you would have every right to go to the Police and report me?
On the other hand, if you Corroded were white....and I'm stretching my imagination here and making wild assumptions.....and I were a black man and called you 'a lazy blind white bastard'?

That is an amazing observation. I like it. Surely there are more subtle ways of denegrating minorities than just using the race card. I cant think of any at the moment, I just enjoy the benefits of being a white man.
