Windows 7 mouse acceleration fix.

I always thought the mouse was that micro second out compared to other versions of windows.
This fix works an absolutely treat, one to one movement/pointing.

Tbh I think mine is fine atm with the Razer mouse and drivers, but I'm sure I had some issues with the old Logitech mouse I used to use.  scratchhead
