Climbing back on

WWW
« on: February 06, 2012, 12:04:51 AM »

Cycling about 10Kms a day to and from work, with detours to increase the distances each day.
At weekends I'm doing about 25Km a day. I know it's not much. It's a start.
I can really feel the difference now after a couple of months.
So many fucking years, at least six, of vague and useless exercise and then noticing the slight paunch. A sight I didn't like.
OK, I'll be 55 in June and as a good friend of mine said, do it while you can and make sure you do it.
Feel better now smile

I have taken to cycling in a big way. I absolutely love it. If you can, do it.

A mode of transport that uses the energy stored in you legs and body. You cant go wrong. (unless some jealous twit runs over you)
