I've made a goal to be feisty, fit, & fabulous at forty.  I'm almost there.   

I have a decade to think of new "f" words for fifty.  (don't be rude)   :P

I think the older you get the more comfortable you get in your own skin.  I'm looking forward to being older, having things in order, being established, having more money, having more time, and thoroughly enjoying life.  I think Thermal will too.
